The pair planned to get married this January, with a simple ceremony followed by a reception with friends and family at a beautiful function room in the countryside. On the day of the wedding, the couple woke to a white blanket of snow across the land, which was the perfect way to begin their wedding day! The Hog Roast Easton team got to work on the catering, beginning with a classic hog roast for the main course, accompanied by sage and onion stuffing homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we served roasted baby potatoes, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of salad dishes. For the dessert course, the guests enjoyed profiteroles and sticky toffee pudding, accompanied by fresh cream and custard. Overall, our catering was a great addition to the day and went down a treat with the guests.
