With 70 guests gathered to celebrate the happy couple on the 30th of May, it was instantly clear how loved Tim and Victoria are, with their friends and family chatting about shared memories, two families coming together as one and the feeling of excitement building from the moment we arrived. Our experienced catering manager Ben and the Hog Roast Corby team really loved being a part of the day, serving a bespoke menu that reflected the couple’s desire for a relaxed yet memorable dining experience. Guests were spoilt for choice with a selection of food, including flavoursome hog roast, tender beef, sausages, freshly made pizzas, and a much loved fish and chips option that proved very popular throughout the celebration. Alongside the main dishes, guests enjoyed a selection of fresh salads, including tomato salad, creamy coleslaw and pasta salad, all perfectly complemented by roasted new potatoes. The variety on offer ensured there was something for everyone, helping to create a casual and sociable dining experience that suited the day perfectly. As the evening continued, guests were treated to a delicious sticky toffee pudding, providing the perfect sweet treat, after all of the savoury options within the meal meal. It was heartwarming to see everyone relaxing, chatting and making memories together over great food.
