Three in One Celebration with Hog Roast Northampton

Hog Roast NorthamptonshireIf ever the Hog Roast Northampton team were at all worried about the events drying up in August (not that it was likely with the midst of the summer wedding season) then this first weekend of the month put that to bed very quickly. Springing us at speed into the new month, our Saturday was spent catering for not merely one celebration, but three at the same time!

When it comes to the big occasions, life can so often get in the way of celebrating them at the right time. Birthdays, anniversaries – they can get pushed in favour of some of the busier parts of life. The fortunate thing about when they do is that you can then begin to stack them up and celebrate a bunch of occasions in the one go!

This was the case on Saturday here in Northampton, as the Hog Roast Northampton team joined Andrew and his wife to celebrate his 70th, her 60th, and their own 25th wedding anniversary all in the one event! Each occasion worthy a mass celebrations of its own; stick them all together and you have an event that really needs something special to attest to all three celebrations. Fortunately for head chef Ben and the Hog Roast Northampton team, that is what our speciality catering is always designed to do!

Hearing that there were three big celebrations to be enjoyed, a whopping 125 of Andrew and his wife’s friends and family came out for the combined party. Right away we knew that we would need a menu that would really add to the sizzle and excitement of the day, so there was really only one choice that made sense to us: our southern slow roast menu. A menu made for the big occasions and destined for hot summer days, our southern slow roast delivers plenty of tender meatiness thanks to a low and slow approach with our beef brisket, pork roast, and Cajun spiced rotisseries chicken. That low and slow approach also brings out all of the spice in our dry rubs and the smokiness in our American style BBQ marinades. When it comes to needing sizzle, you can’t go far wrong with the southern slow roast.

Our thanks to Andrew and co for the invite, and a mass congratulations on all three celebrations!
