This July it was the turn of Brendan and Tailynn to enjoy their special day along with Hog Roast Corby’s catering. The new Mr and Mrs Harris expressed excitement at our delicious southern slow roast menu, seeing it as just the thing needed to deliver the spice and punch that reflects their very own matrimony. A shrewd choice as our southern slow roast offers a tonne of delicious smoky and spicy options for guests, each prepared in glorious style.
Catering manager Ben helped the newlyweds to pick out the best menu options for them. Thos eventual choices came out to be our Texan style brisket, 24 hour aged and slow cooked to perfection; our Cajun spiced chickens, cooked rotisserie style and packing plenty of kick to them in every tender bite; and our Louisiana style sticky pork ribs, positively falling off the bone with how succulent and juicy they are after such a long and carefully considered slow cook. Joining each main dish were medley of regular and sweet potato fries, creamy slaw, refreshing Greek salad, and plenty of gluten free rolls and wraps.
For the one hundred or so guests, it was a wonderful way to cap off a wonderful ceremony and celebration. From all at Hog Roast Corby, our congratulations go out to Brendan and Tailynn once again!
