Head chef Ben headed out to their Northampton office armed with our sleekly designed barbecue and a host of fresh foods and meats, all grown and reared in local UK farms. Nothing else says the summer quite like a classic British barbecue, and our gourmet take on this summer favourite not only delivers on the best barbecue tastes, but also adds a few more unique additions too, all with a Hog Roast Brackmills twist.
Each of burgers and sausages, as an example, are handmade gourmet style from high quality meats. These barbecue staples are then complimented by Thai chicken kebabs, marinated spare ribs, even our signature hog roast as a pulled pork topper, from time to time – all unique additions to a barbecue that you’re not typically going to see in the supermarket aisles! The StarTech team enjoyed our burgers, sausages, kebabs, along with grilled veg and halloumi skewers and BBQ pulled jackfruit as veggie options. The team of 40 could also dip into a healthy portion of regular and sweet potato fries, creamy gourmet slaw, and Ben’s very own special pasta salad. If that wasn’t quite enough to kick off the summer, perhaps a finishing dessert option of lemon tarte or profiteroles was!
