Hog Roast Isham would like to wish Kadri’s little one a very happy first birthday! When catering manager Ben and his team turned up to the event on Saturday, they had no idea it was a first birthday party, but the venue had been decorated magically.
The charming Kadri had selected a delightful menu for her guests opting for Hog Roast Isham’s gourmet BBQ and requested for a half a pig to be served. Kadri’s guests were in for a real treat.
What was on offer?
Hog Roast Isham’s BBQ menu is one of a kind. Of course, it wouldn’t be a BBQ without burgers and sausages, however these are no ordinary burgers and sausages! Ben uses a family run local butcher who use 100% British beef and who have award-winning sausages! These are served with the option of onions and cheese. In addition to these tasteful meats, guests can enjoy meaty BBQ-marinated spareribs finished with a sprinkling of sweet spring onions or zesty-marinated chicken kebabs with added peppers and red onion to make it more delicious. The meat options are flavour-filled and as equally mouth-watering as the other.
The BBQ menu also included two freshly prepared salads: Greek salad and coleslaw. The Greek salad is a medley of colour and texture created with sweet on-the-vine cherry tomatoes, crunchy cucumber pieces, sliced red onion, a mixture of pitted olives and finished with creamy feta cheese cubes. The coleslaw is a crunchy mix of cabbage, onion, and carrots with a light mayonnaise sauce.
Chips, a mixture of sweet potato and ordinary are also included on the BBQ menu with a few children guests enjoying some typical British chip-butties!
If all of this wasn’t enough, guests enjoyed a heavenly roll of tender pulled pork and tasteful stuffing with pieces of crisp crackling on the side – yum!
The guests enjoyed all of this in the sunshine, with many coming back up as the food was just so nourish!
