Holly is having a baby in spring 2024 and her best friend Elizabeth is planning a baby shower to celebrate. Holly already has two children, both boys, and is due to have a baby girl this time, so all of her friends and family are very excited to welcome a little girl into the family. Because of this, the baby shower is set to have a pink theme, including a pink dress code and décor. Hog Roast Islip has been contacted to cater for the event with one of our delicious buffet menus, followed by a tasty dessert course. We discussed several menus with Elizabeth before she decided on the one that was right for the event.
In preparation for this party, the Hog Roast Islip team will arrive at the venue in the morning and prepare the catering for the 2:00pm serving time. For the main course, we will be providing a delicious slow-roasted hog, which will be cooked to perfection and served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be providing homemade chips and a green leaf salad to create a hearty and varied main meal. Following this will be a dessert course packed full of tasty options, including profiteroles, individual cheesecakes, sticky toffee pudding, and chocolate torte. Each dish will be accompanied by English cream and fresh berries to ensure that it looks and tastes incredible!
