This July, Hog Roast Milton Keynes is catering for a staff day for Coca-Cola, at their Blakelands premises. Coca Cola usually hosts staff days for their team twice a year, in the summer and winter, and they always choose our team to cater for the occasion. There is nothing better than being hired by a repeat customer, since it is a clear testament to how much they love our services. For this event, our catering manager Ben has been hired to serve a delicious lunch for 100 guests, inspired by our Southern Slow menu.
On the day of the event, Ben and the Hog Roast Milton Keynes team will arrive at the venue in the morning and begin preparing for the midday serving time. For the main dishes, we will begin by slow-roasting three different options, including a 24-Hour Texan beef brisket, Cajun-spiced whole-roasted chickens, and a classic slow-roasted hog. Each option will be cooked to perfection before being carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, or a gluten-free alternative. Additionally, we will be serving herby baby potatoes, gourmet coleslaw, a mixed leaf salad, and our Chef’s own pasta salad. Overall, this will create a delicious and varied main meal, with more than enough for every guest to enjoy. Our catering is always a hit with the Coca-Cola team and we are looking forward to returning this summer!
