Hog Roast Chapel Brampton Helping The 18th Birthday Celebrations

Is there a better way to celebrate your 18th birthday than with amazing food and a free bar?! Hog Roast Chapel Brampton’s head chef Kerry and her daughter Teegan served amazing food for an 18th birthday party at the Royal Oak Pub in Kempston. A cosy venue with a lovely outside area which was very much welcomed in the sunshine.

Kerry and Teegan set up the gazebo right outside the outdoor area leaving plenty of room for the 30 guests to enjoy and relax in the sun. Hog Roast Chapels Brampton’s catering manager Ben had been communicating with the birthday boy’s Dad Karl who greeted the team and ensured they had everything they needed.

Hog Roast Chapel BramptonKarl and his son had decided on a fantastic Hog Roast Chapel Brampton menu that entailed the slowly roasted whole pig and many delicious accompanying dishes. For example, as well as the succulent pulled pork, flavoursome stuffing and crunchy crackling, the guests enjoyed a selection of freshly prepared salads. At the 2pm serve, the guests dived into an indulgent hog roast roll or wrap with side dishes of mouth-watering pesto pasta, creamy coleslaw, and light mixed salad, not forgetting the nourish new potatoes with a blanket of butter and fresh herbs sprinkled on top.

Some guests couldn’t eat the pork so therefore had the alternative of whole roasted chickens dusted with a Cajun-spice giving it a bit of a kick to the tastebuds. For the vegetarian guests, halloumi kebabs had been made, a medley of colour and flavour served with a squirt of sweet chilli sauce. These guests could also enjoy the tasteful side dishes. There were no vegan guests but to be prepared, a few paprika spiced Mediterranean vegetable skewers had been made up just in case.

Kerry and Teegan were given many compliments about the food, and everyone seemed delighted with the spread. They hope that the birthday boy had a fabulous day!
