As a vegetarian, I was worried about catering at my best friend’s wedding, but the halloumi skewers and pulled bbq jackfruit options were fantastic! The halloumi was grilled to perfection and the salads were fresh and flavourful. It’s great to see a hog roast company that caters so well to all dietary needs!
