For us here at Hog Roast Kettering we find there is something so lovely about being able to cater for those important milestone events in our customers lives. Just this week we had been booked by Alexandra to prepare our classic menu 4 Hog Roast Kettering for a surprise party for a Ruby Wedding Anniversary!
Our catering team for the day was Ben and Beth and they had the task of preparing our Hog Roast Kettering for seventy people with a serve time of two thirty in the afternoon, all whilst keeping the surprise party under wraps. Luckily, we have catered many a party in our time as caterers and so our team were more than up to the challenge and got started preparing the food nice and early to ensure everything would be done in time.
Our menu four offers your choice of slow roasted meat alfresco style served up on real crockery for that slightly more formal feel. For the days accompaniments we prepared some delicious salads; tomato and mozzarella, a pasta salad and our personal favourite a Thai salad. We also prepared some jacket potatoes which perfectly complement a slow roast meal.
Now, as with any event we always endeavour to cover any dietary requirements and so we were happy to prepare a bespoke vegetarian menu of grilled vegetable and haloumi skewers, served with pitta breads and a Tzatziki dip. Additionally, we brought along some gluten free bread rolls so that everyone at the party would be catered for.
With the arrival of the happy couple, celebrating forty years of marriage we were pleased to have sufficiently surprised them. The look on their faces when they saw the spread we had put on was something special and we are so happy to have been a part of their day!
