Using only trusted butchers and farmers that we’ve built relationships with over many years, Hog Roast Wyboston uses local meat to cook up a storm, whether it’s with a traditional hog roast, spit-roasted meat like turkey or lamb (or something a bit more unusual if preferred), or a barbecue of burgers, ribs and sausages. We also offer special menus, like our Southern Slow Roast, where we marinate your choice of three kinds of meat and then slow-roast for hours to serve together with four of your handpicked sides, or our Loaded Fries, where we top fries with pulled pork or beef brisket, slaw and cheese.

For a party that Hog Roast Wyboston catered at the weekend, we were asked for several handmade canapés to welcome the guests and then a hog roast main of pigs in buns served alongside our spicy sweet potato wedges and mac and cheese. All of the options except the pigs in buns were suitable for vegetarian guests too, including the canapés of mini pizzas, mini quiches, dim sum and halloumi kebabs, and everything we served was devoured in no time at all.
