This festive period, Hog Roast Weldon has been contacted by families across the country that are looking for a caterer to make their Christmas a little bit easier. We have been hired by Martin to cater for Christmas Eve for his extended family, to allow him and his wife to relax and enjoy the meal with the rest of their guests. They are planning on hosting an early Christmas meal, along with a delicious dessert course, gift exchange, and plenty of Christmas music. For this event, Hog Roast Weldon was hired to provide our festive menu, along with a delicious meat-free option, and plenty of mulled wine to go around!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Weldon team has planned to arrive at the family home with plenty of time to whole-roast the turkeys to perfection, ensuring that they are packed full of natural juices and flavours. Alternatively, we will also be serving BBQ pulled jackfruit as a meat-free alternative. Once the main dishes are ready, they will be served with a variety of festive trimmings, including glazed sprouts, peas, glazed carrots, roasted potatoes, cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, and homemade gravy. Following the mains, we will then be serving a delicious yule log and mince pies, alongside warm brandy cream. This is a delicious and traditional way to end a festive meal and is sure to fill the guests up for the rest of their stay!
