Earlier this year, a local town council contacted Hog Roast Grimscote to hire us to cater for their upcoming Christmas market. The market takes place over one weekend in December and combines handmade gifts, great food, live music, and plenty of festive spirit. For our catering, we were hired to serve a classic Hog Roast Grimscote at the event, since this menu is simple yet incredibly delicious and will be easy to serve buffet style to large groups of guests. This event is sure to be a lot of fun and Hog Roast Grimscote’s tasty menu is bound to be a great addition to the event!
On the day of the market, the Hog Roast Grimscote team will arrive at the venue in the morning to prepare for the midday serving time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog to perfection and ensuring that it is packed full of natural juices and flavours before being expertly carved by our chef. The sliced meat will then be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be providing homemade chips and a selection of fresh salad dishes.
